Refund Policy
Every Maison de Dieu piece is crafted with purpose, precision, and intention. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to make it right — within the guidelines below.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns missing original tags, or showing signs of wear (including makeup, scent, or damage), cannot be accepted.
• Limited-edition, collaboration, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover inspection and handling.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, email returns@maisondedieu.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for your preferred size or style once your return has been processed.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will prioritize your replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.
